Before joining People Made Machines, Ole-Jakob worked at Amby as a Manager, leading a team of 6 to 8 people. As a consultant, he took on delivery lead roles for large-scale recruitment and HR projects, including at Telenor and Handelsbanken.

At Telenor, he led a team of eight in recruiting 300 people across a wide range of roles over the course of nine months. At Handelsbanken, he led a team of four that hired 30 tech professionals in a year while also building foundational HR infrastructure. He also worked closely with Unloc, staffing nearly a third of their team and supporting the development of their HR systems.

In addition to high-volume hiring, Ole-Jakob has recruited for key leadership positions including CEOs, CFOs, COOs and CTOs across a range of startups and scaleups.
