Previously, he has worked with organizations of varying size and complexity as a consultant. In large enterprises such as Telenor and Handelsbanken, he supported the development of technical environments within established structures. In growth companies like Zaptec, he contributed to scaling teams and leadership capacity. In early stage companies such as Unloc, he worked closely with founders to define team architecture and operational foundations.

He also serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, supporting C-level team development and organizational design. His work centers on building organizations that are structurally equipped to deliver over time.
