Leif Uwe brings 18 years of experience in technology, with the past 11 focused on AI and machine learning. He combines hands on work in generative AI and RAG architectures with a solid foundation in classical machine learning, and has delivered solutions across NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, MCP, language model evaluation, and modern data platforms that support long term AI initiatives.

He has mainly worked as a Lead AI Engineer and system architect, with end to end responsibility for architecture, development, and production. He has helped industrialize machine learning at scale, including building platforms that have taken hundreds of models into production, and delivering solutions across computer vision, NLP, RAG, and generative AI.
