Before joining People Made Machines, Kashmeel worked as a Data Engineer at Schibsted, where he focused on improving CI/CD, platform automation and data privacy. Earlier, he was a consultant at BearingPoint, working with clients such as Sparebank 1 on modernizing their data platforms. He has also delivered compliance-focused solutions in finance and analytics for industries ranging from media to shipping.

With a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from BI, Kashmeel combines technical expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Terraform, Airflow and Kubernetes with strong business understanding. He thrives in the intersection of DevOps, data modeling and scalable architecture, always with an eye toward stable and future-proof data ecosystems.
